Enjoy an 8-week training program brought to you by Hannah Hoffman, an eight-time collegiate All-American track and cross-country runner. Choose between a walk, walk/run or run focus training plan.

 

Remember, training with friends, family members and/or co-workers could help motivate you, and can make it more fun! Be sure to talk to your family physician before starting up an exercise plan.
